Philosophy

Our philosophy is always to build long-term working partnerships with our clients and provide solutions to their recruitment needs by adopting a consultancy ethos, utilising a totally focused approach underpinned by a thorough understanding of their requirements.

Since the business was founded we have established on-going relationships with many of our clients, and are often nominated as a Preferred or Sole Supplier of Recruitment Services.

Approach

Our approach is based upon the use of proven methodologies, tailored to suit individual client needs and the requirements of specific vacancies, incorporating regular feedback and progress reports. Services offered are Search (headhunting), or Selection (advertising) and Project Management of large, multiple vacancy assignments. We do not normally conduct assignments purely by reference to a database, although we do have access to the details of over 2000 motorsport professionals, many of whom are not registered with any other recruitment organisation. Search work is supported by a well-developed network of contacts, a comprehensive database and excellent in-house research facilities

Professionalism

We operate to the highest standards and all of our work is carried out in accordance with a Strict Code of Conduct protecting the interests of clients and candidates We adhere to a strict 'off limits' policy, regarding current clients and provide a 'no poaching' guarantee, by never re-approaching placed candidates with regard to any future opportunities.

Our membership to the Motorsport Industry Association dates back to 2000 when we were the first Recruitment Consultants to be granted membership. We are included in their list of nominated Consultancies under the 'People Dynamics' initiative.

Functions

We are able to operate across all areas of the Motorsport Sector. Over the years we have recruited in many functions, but are probably strongest in Engineering, Design and Development and Sales / Marketing. Clients include international and national Circuit Racing and Rally Teams, Component Suppliers and Specialist Service Providers We have a track record of successfully conducting assignments on an international basis throughout Europe and North America.

Staff

Our Consultancy, Research and Administrative staff have considerable experience in all aspects of recruitment, which is backed up by many years practical experience gained in Motorsport as Competitors and Sponsors. If required, we can conduct business in German, French and Italian, in addition to English.

Our relatively small size allows us to be flexible and focused, providing a personal, yet highly professional approach. We believe that our combination of recruitment experience coupled with unrivalled industry knowledge places us in the best possible position to assist Motorsport sector clients and candidates.

Fees

We normally operate on a retained basis as the sole providers of recruitment services for a specified assignment. Our fee structure is in-line with industry 'norms', but often we are able to quote on a fixed fee basis, particularly where we are nominated as a' Preferred Supplier' or for multiple vacancy assignments.
