Welcome to Alexander Associates Motorsport Recruitment, specialists in the recruitment of experienced professionals for all categories of Motorsport in the UK, Continental Europe and North America.

With extensive industry knowledge, further developed through the practical experience of a number of our Directors and Consultants as Competition Licence Holders and Sponsors, we can also conduct business in French, German or Italian, in addition to English if required.

As members of the Motorsport Industry Association since 2000, we are included in their list of approved suppliers.

Driven by the exact requirements of our clients, our approach to meeting their needs is precisely tailored to suit each individual situation. Operating on a consultancy basis, rather than as an agency, our method of working usually consists of a dedicated search (headhunt) or targeted selection (advertising) process in order to identify and attract the highest calibre candidates. We do not normally conduct assignments by reference to a database, nor do we distribute candidate details on a speculative basis.

All contact with candidates is carried out with discretion and in complete confidence. Candidate details are held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and are not distributed under any circumstances, without the candidate's full permission.

Since the Motorsport Recruitment Business was founded, we have built up long- standing working partnerships with many of our clients and have successfully filled a variety of senior, specialist technical and confidential vacancies, often in demanding timescales.

All of our work is carried out in accordance with strict Code of Professional Conduct governing confidentiality, integrity and protection of clients' and candidates' interests.
